Development Manager Position
Ensemble Offspring is seeking applications for the Development Manager position, a role that requires a passion for new music while also nurturing and initiating important relationships with private donors, foundations and philanthropic organisations to grow our philanthropic revenue. Other functions of the role include working with the team to steward relationships with local, state, and federal government including by writing and acquitting grants, and assisting with the broader operations of the company as required.

Volunteering with Ensemble Offspring
Ensemble Offspring is seeking passionate volunteers to support our ambitious artistic vision. As a small but mighty arts organisation, we push boundaries with bold programs and trailblazing performances. We need enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a creative environment to help keep things running smoothly. Volunteering with us is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, give back to the community, and support innovative Australian music. Your time and energy will make a real difference.
We welcome volunteers of all ages, backgrounds and experience.If you’ve got skills and time to share with us, we’d love to hear from you. Some volunteers commit to one day per week and others prefer to be on call for extra assistance. Special projects often require volunteers for a short, defined period of time. Volunteers assist with a variety of tasks such as; library maintenance and archival organisation, front-of-house and backstage coordination, supporting admin tasks, and hosting receptions for artists. Your support ensures our performances and programs run smoothly, making a real impact on the success of our events.
